After opening the housing and mounting the front panel, the connection cables can be connected according to the following diagram. You can see the back of the front panel.
The cables stay a little longer, because the remote control board is simply pushed into the housing due to its small footprint. Then only the receiver for the infrared signal has to be led outwards. For this, a barely visible position as in the case of the CD 100/101 can be found below the front panel.
