Remove the upper housing cover. The front of the device is attached to the top and bottom with 3 screws each.
After these are solved, the two cable strands can be removed at the connectors of the now loose front panel. The removal of the front panel is as easy as the entire installation of the remote control module.
The 10 solder points for the cables of the remote control module are freely accessible.
Simply push the remote control module into the gap between the front panel and the zinc casting basket of the main housing. Now only the receiver for the infrared signal has to be attached. For this purpose, the position of the headphone output is useful. The IR receiver can be easily attached with some hot glue. So there is no hole for the IR receiver to be drilled.
Barely visible, the receiver sits in the middle of the front panel. Alternatively, the IR receiver can also be mounted under the front panel as with the CD 100/101 .
